TYROXEN REFUND & BILLING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments, refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing operate within TYROXEN.
TYROXEN operates a hybrid payment model:
£3 one-time Activation Week
£19/month subscription for ongoing access
By purchasing TYROXEN, you agree to this policy.
2. NO REFUNDS ON ACTIVATION WEEK (£3)
The £3 Activation Week payment is non-refundable.
This covers:
onboarding setup
system activation
behavioural assignment
initial WhatsApp integration
access to TYROXEN structure system
Once purchased, this fee cannot be refunded, including if the user chooses not to continue.
3. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING (£19/MONTH)
The £19/month subscription provides ongoing access to TYROXEN behavioural support.
Billing is:
recurring monthly
processed securely via Stripe
automatically renewed unless cancelled
4. CANCELLATION POLICY (END-OF-CYCLE STOP BILLING)
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
You will NOT be charged again after the current billing period ends
You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing cycle
No partial refunds are issued for unused time
Example:
If your billing renews on the 10th and you cancel on the 2nd:
You still have access until the 10th
No further payments will be taken after the 10th
5. NO PRO-RATA REFUNDS
TYROXEN does not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for:
unused days within a billing cycle
early cancellation during a billing period
inactivity or non-use of the system
failure to engage with WhatsApp messages
All subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.
6. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails:
Stripe will attempt automatic retries
access may be temporarily suspended
the subscription may be cancelled if payment is not recovered
Users may resubscribe at any time.
7. REFUND EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED CASES ONLY)
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:
duplicate charges
technical billing errors caused by TYROXEN systems
accidental double subscription purchase

8. DIGITAL SERVICE DELIVERY
TYROXEN is a digital behavioural service delivered via WhatsApp.
Because access is granted immediately after purchase:
services are considered delivered at point of activation
this limits eligibility for refunds under UK digital goods policy
9. SUBSCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITY
By subscribing, you acknowledge:
you are responsible for managing your cancellation
failure to cancel before renewal results in a charge for the next cycle
TYROXEN is not responsible for missed cancellation actions
10. CANCELLATION METHODS
You may cancel your subscription via:

Self-service cancellation at any time
2. WhatsApp Command
Send:
“STOP” / “CANCEL” / “END”

11. BILLING TRANSPARENCY
All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase:

£19/month subscription (recurring)
No hidden fees are applied.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund & Billing Policy at any time.
Continued use of TYROXEN after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
